We are specialists at the Design, Construction and Installation of Electrical Wiring Systems on Automotive Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, Plant Handling etc..
We have our own workshop where we can manufacture custom build small projects, and custom made brackets for Installations.
Over the last 30 years, we have worked on a variety of different Plant handling Equipment. From fence panel handling conveyors to Pallet Repair Plants, Car Seat Handling, Brake Pad Conveyors, Car Axle Conveyor systems, Cranes, Roller Drum Conveyors, Wood Laminate Board Systems. You name it, we have probably come into contact with it during our time.
For a number of years, Electromech just provided an Electrical Wiring Service. All systems were designed by others then contacts passed to Electromech to carry out the design and installation of the Cable Management System, with many successful jobs carried out during this period.
Through further development of our own business and capabilities, Electromech were approached to design and build the whole Electrical system for the handling equipment. We were supplied with a list of all the various components of the installation, with all motors, sensors etc listed, and from there required to design an Electrical Control Panel and Control System to control the entire plant. Over the last 10 Years, we have produced a number of control panels, with great customer satisfaction and continued use.
As well as working alongside Marwel, we have also provided Control Panels and automotive solutions to a number of customers. Chep UK to name but one, who we provide a maintenance and installation service to on a weekly basis.
